Refund policy
We accept returns only for wrong, defective, or damaged items.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at wecare@hipapas.com to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Check your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, contact us within 2 days so we can resolve it.
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds:
If your return request is verified, please return the product within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup from the same address where it was delivered. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact us at wecare@hipapas.com.
