Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Time & Rates:
Shipping time varies based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Usually, it takes 5-7 business days for the products to get delivered.

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.

Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at wecare@hipapas.com.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
